I have a 1988 mighty max it idle really ruff at idle it will stay running but barely... it runs fine at highway speeds and during normal driving.???? help....

Do you have fuel injection or a carburetor? If you have fuel injection check the injectors with a stethescope. If you have a bad one check into getting new ones at RockAuto.com. If you have a carb, adjust the idle screw. If that doesn't work, describe what happens and we can go from there.
