It's a Dodge Intrepid/Chrysler Concorde. They are pieces of junk. The engines/transmission leak badly after 50K miles. My dad had a 2001 Intrepid with a 2.7L (worst Chrysler engine ever) and it had a HUGE rear main seal leak.

They stopped making the Vision in '97 I think, right before the redesign of the Intrepid. both the 3.0L and 3.3L were garbage engines, and the 46LE transaxle sucked, too.

The Intrepid continued until 2004, then Chrysler replaced it.

No, Charger. The Stratus continued until 2005 along with the Eclipse. The sedan; however, remained until 2006 due to it being on the Galant platform using different engines than the coupe/convertible. The sedan used the 2.4L DOHC Chrysler engine and the 2.7L DOHC (gasp) Chrysler engine. Both engines/transmissions in the sedans suck horribly. Chrysler wasn't able to fix those problems so they junked the car altogether.
