Will 95 octane fuel harm my 4G15 engine? I have a '94 Lancer GLi, and I recently switched to Shell V-Power fuel which has an octane rating of 95. The engine seems to run fine, and has great acceleration. The other fuels here in the Philippines have 93 octane, like Shell Unleaded, Shell Premium, Caltex Vortex Silver, Petron XCS. I just want to know if a high octane rating will do any harm to my engine. Thanks. :beer:
