Hi, I am new the forum. I have a question, I own a 2004 Endeavor. One of my clock bulbs blew out. I pulled the console, took off the black housing and removed the clock/radio screen. I unscrewed the black holder on the bottom of the clock and found the buld with a blue condom on it. Now the question, what type of bulb is it? I called the dealer and they said they are not serviceable, you have to buy a new clock. I called another dealer and they said the same thing. Crazy!!! The bulb comes out separately so why cant I just buy a new bulb?? There is no number on the bulb... Please help.

Try taking the bulb to a auto parts store to see if they have a match for it ...
