Alright. Pop the hood and leave it lifted. There should be a few screws and pins on top (I dont know which model car you have, but all Eclipses and cars have generally the same parts) remove those first. Then take out the screws in the wheelwells and lastly remove all the screws on the bottom of the bumper. You'll notice (or should) that your bumper is still securely fastened. Pull back the flap in the wheel well and in the very top corner should be either one or two bolts, remove those on both sides and you bumper should come off. When replacing, do the hood area first to secure it in place, then the hidden bolts, then the wheelwells and then the bottom. Here's a hint, take a picture of all the areas before removing anything to make sure you dont forget the order or placement of anything. (Keep a flashlight with you too)... Hope that helps
