Does anyone know the serial number and part number for the radio in a 99 Eclipse RS?

My battery had to be switched and its asking for the code, and I'm not sure when I'll have the chance to take the radio out.

If anyone can help me out, it'd be appreciated :liebe011:

every radio has its own unique serial and part number. the only way to get yours is by taking the radio out and getting the serial and part number. because radios can be replaced the vin number does not have any info on the radio other that to get the part number but in order to get the code the serial number is needed to get the code and the part number to verify it goes to that radio. sorry theres no way around it.
