So I got it fixed.
I towed the car home with my diesel on a car dolly (eclipse is the gfs car, I drive cummins diesel everyday and race TT vetts at night lol)
Ill post up what I did in case anyone else wants to know. I first disconnected the battery....very important since were playing with the airbag. then I took the 4 screws out of the back of the air bag 10mm I think then i took the 4 philips screws out of the cloak spring assembly. then I took the blinker and windsheild wiper assembly off 3 philips screws then I drilled the holes in the steering column assembly because the screws that were in there were headless and the only way to get them out is drilling them. once the steering column lock assembly was taken off had her grind down the piece that causes the wheel to lock while I figured out the wiring. more on that later Then I went to the hardware store and got some longer bolts and washers to replace the headless bolts from the steering column lock assembly. Then I put it all together except I didnt replace the big 6 wire plug that plugs into the steering column port closest to the drivers side door. (i just let that hang down) I also took the plastic looking piece closest to the door (mostly white) and hooked that into the big 6 wire connector that was hanging down. Then I put it all back together...just the reverse of the above.
To start it the following wires had to have +12v keep in mind the first pin AM has the main voltage coming in
for acc position pins 1 & 2 have +12v
for RUN position pins 1 2 3 5 must have +12v
for the starter pins 1 2 4 & 6 must have +12v
remember that when in run position you must NOT have voltage on pins 4 or 6 and when starting you must NOT have voltage on pins 3 and 5
good luck!
