im searching for a replacement car since my old galant is no longer usable :( ive been looking for an old eclipse, or something of that sort. havnt had much success there so far, but i have found some other stuff. firstly, a 1993 infinity q45 and a 1995 subaru legacy 2wd sedan. has anyone heard anything good or bad about either of these vehicles? im leaning towards the q45 with its 278hp v8, but im pretty sure my insurance on that would suck. my budget is $2000 to find a new car, and not a cent over that, and i found both of these for about 1500 each. i was kind of suspicious, the q45 retailed new for around 50k, so 1.5k now seems pretty cheap. but what do i know?

any other suggestions for good used cars under 2k would be helpful. im not looking for an american car, and i dont want a truck, suv, or van. ideally, a sporty coup would be best, but a sporty sedan would work just as well.

I would check out the auctions and see what they have.
I know a guy who got a baby size Malibu for 75 bucks!
No joke and clean too!!!
Just take ya time and look around don't narrow your vision to two cars because ya may past up the deal of a life time if you do.
I have seen good cars that guys can't get back from the police and they sell em all the time.
In fact the cops sell their own cars for next to nothing, just stay out the hood with a used cop car the brothers don't like 50. :)
