I own a 2004.5 Endeavor LTD AWD, and it came with the factory installed DVD system (Overhead Display Unit). The remote still works, but the previous owner removed the IR transmitter along with the headphones.

Dealer parts only sells the entire unit at a hefty $2400.

Does anyone happen to know the original manufacturer of the DVD Ves?

There's aftermarket but is it possible to purchase just the IR Transmitter for the DVD Headphones and the ribbon cable to attach it?

I appreciate any help you can provide.
