I Leased my 07 Outlander XLS with the Navi, Sun & Sound and Luxury Packages (MSRP $30,615) for around 26,500 (includes $1000 lease incentive). So with $1000 down and $2500 trade in, my monthly payment for a 3yr 45k mile lease is $389.99/month (which includes tax, tags and title)

Are you planning on buying out the lease from the beginning?

No from the beginning, if I love the car after the lease is done then I will, but if I wanted to buy the car, I would have, but it was just a lot higher of a monthly payment.
