this is what you do

Get a socket that fits tight around it

a 20mm worked for my
and BEAT IT WITH A HAMMER
and it should spin off.

well since it appears that you acquired the vehicle used it might not have come with a key if the previous owner lost it or kept it. if you have stock wheels on your car you can get a while new set from mitsu for about $40. then your only problem is getting the old locks off. Mitsu charged me to take 1 off when a place i bought tires stripped it out. I cant remember how much though. If you have access to an air chisel you can cut them right in half.

You can get stripped screw removal tools for drills. If you find one big enough you can use that. Check Sears or Northern Tool and Equipment.

I've heard this from one of my friends (I think he might be lyin) but he said he lost his wheel lock and he waited til it was real cold at night during the winter and just took a hammer and just smashed off the wheel locks. I dunno if that'll work real well but you can try it but then again it is summer so you'll have to wait a while for it to get cold. But you can always go to like a goodyear or something and they charge like 5 or 10 dollars to take off each wheel lock.
