Hi everyone,
i own 1985 dodge ram 50 sport 2.0 L. the car seems to be running alright other than a few carburetor issues. The choke takes a while to open up in the morning and then remains open afterwards. i have tried spraying carb cleaner on it several times but it has not seemed to help much.
Also the car will not stop right when i turn the ignition off. it goes through a couple more cycles then sputters out.
Lastly the car sometimes hesitates when i step on the gas from a halt, as if it were about to stall out.
Any insight into the problem would be greatly appreciated as i am not very experienced with cars and dont have money to go to a mechanic. thanks a lot!
