I have a 1996 Eclipse GS that I've owned since 1998. It has some exterior problems and I'm sure how to fix them, where to get the parts, or even if I should since I'm possibly going to sell it in the next few months (I'm not sure how much it will go for...under the hood in in good-great condition but the exterior is in sad shape).

My list of exterior problems..........there is a hole in the bottom (plastic part) of the driver's side door.............the plastic panels that go from the front of the car to the rear at the bottom (under the door) are coming off and it looks like they are attached by white clips.............i sanded off the hood of the car and got rid of the rust and primed it, but it needs a really good paint job all over.........can get pictures if that will clarify/help.

Any advice is much appreciated!!!!

in one hand you say you are going to sell it, but the better the car looks the faster you are going to sell it and for a better price if you go to macco theyll charge you $700 to paint the hole car and you can get abou $1500more thATWHAT YOU WERE GOING TO GET IF U CHOSSE A NICE COLOR A LOT OF PEOPLE ON THE STREET BASE ON HOW THE CAR LOOKS THATS IF U R GOING TO SELL IT LIKE THAT IF YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE AOUT TO A DEALER DONT DO ANYTHING CAUSE ANYWAYS THEY ARE GOING TOI GIVE U CRAB

I appreciate the advise...I actually found a place locally that will paint it for $350...im sure it wont last for years but it will work for now
