Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the wagon in the link a 1.8L?

I told the guy it was but he insists it's a 2.4,

thats a 2.4, i have the plymouth colt vista version of that car.

look at the pic of the silver MMC plate. the engine code 4G64 is the 2.4.

$800 is a good deal i think, but the auto trans in that thing probably won't last much longer. if it doesn't absolutely shift like a champ when its completely warm, then you know that trans is almost done. new W4A32 transaxle's are about $3000 from the dealer, but US mitsu dealers sell them with a new transfer case because of a recall. ask me how i know all this stuff.
