coming home last night, droped it down to third, and it just died.
is there an inertia switch on the carisma?

Ok, no answers about the inertia switch, so can anyone tell me where the engine ecu is on a 96 1.8glxi?

Hi there, when you say it just died what exactly happened, did the engine managament light come on?

No manegment lights on, but i have no power to one of the two coils

hi there, apart from checking all the usual suspects, connections, tracing back to where you had power last, i,d go to a dealer & get it plugged in, it may cost you £30 but at least they would tell you where the fault was & you could take it from there, could save alot of time & frustration
