Just wondering if anyone thinks they can use these tires in the first winter... seems like the tread will not hold up in the snow and ice... my GTS is coming in mid september as it takes 2 months to get it after ordering. It would suck if i already have to swap to winter tires within 3 months or so.

Our tire model is Dunlop SP Sport 5000 M (Ultra High Performance All-Season). Besides, it got a good review at tirerack.com. This tire sticks like glue in wet and dry driving, though I haven't tried it yet during winter, but then the reviews feedback is good/borderline in snow driving.
