Define radar? You mean a scanner? or the radar gun?

google them, they are all over the place, just need to look up your cities authorized frequencies, which are available to the public.

go to radishack and get one lol best value is the one for 100 bucks. personally what i tihnk is if it goes off your already caught because its going off there radar signal so when they press trigger it will go off. but if they pull you over n it didnt go off you can fight and say you werent speeding lol. ive done before got outta a ticket.

Thats my 91 'Cord....Radar detector + $250 Scanner from Radioshack....and here is national frequency guide for emergency services....http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR....you got police/fire/military/air-air comms/air-ground comms....This scanner has helped me out of many BADDDD situatutions....its good to kno where the police are, and are headed....on that note though my scanner has a "Trunking" ability....newer police comms use Frequency Hop Technology....like you will hear two or three words out of their conversation and then their radio changes to a diff channel....this happens pretty quickly, so without this "Trunking" ability on your radio its kind of a waste....but my radio was on sale....ask for a "Trunking" scanner....you wont be let down.
