Hello all I'm new to the forum

I have a few concerns about my 98 galant. The other day I was driving all was fine. I went to make a left turn. The turn sinal worked fine. When I went to turn it click back to its normal position but the blinker was still flashing. I thought perhaps it was a fuse and I changed it but it still is stuck. The right blinker doesn't do anything now. Hazards work fine and all the other functions of the blinker switch (head lights and Hi-beams fine). What would cause this? Is it expensive to repair? Where would you recommend I take it to get repaired? Dealer or Pepboys

Probably something in the handle is broken or stuck. Open the base of the steering and look, make sure you don't activate airbag!

If you need a new handle then try the junkyard.

Hi, im having the same problem with my 98 galant. What do you think caused this and whar did you do to correct it

:beer: I had it repaired at pepboys. The switch went bad so I got the whole thing replaced. THe purchased the switch from autozone for $70 and pepboys installed it for about 25. Haven't had any problems siince. Help this helps
