what is the Right Idle RPM range in normal operation (warm) and with AC on?

coz our SW 93's RPM @ cold start is arround 750RPM, and when warmed up 900RPM, if i turn my AC on, RPM Droped to 850 then go back to 900RPM. and im having a problem on when i accelerate, when RPM reach 1000, then it choke and revs up onwards... everytime i change gear, i need to set the RPM range on 1500-2000 so it wont engine break. is there any problem regarding may carb?

also, where could i find the high vacuum port on my CARB? i want to put some enhancement to my engine..
