I DONT THINK YOU HAVE A BUMP STEER PROBLEM.. BUMP STEER IS USUALLY IN MINI VANS SUCH AS THE ASTRO VAN, WHICH IS NOTORIOUS FOR BUMP STEER...I THINK CAUSE YOU LOWERED YOUR CAR AND DIDNT HAVE IT ALIGNED... THE SWIRLY PROBLEM IS CAUSE BY THE CAMBER AND CASTER AND TOE OF THE FRONT END AND CAMBER AND TOE IN THE REAR OF YOUR CAR. THESE ARE WAY OUT OF SPECS... DOES YOU CAR PULL AT ALL? OFF CAMBER AND CASTER CAN AS SIMULATE BUMP STEER. IF YOU LOWERED YOUR CAR YOU WILL HAVE EFFECTED CAMBER MAKING IT HEAVY NEGATIVE CAMBER IN THE FRONT AND REAR. ANYTIME YOU EFFECT CAMBER YOU ALWAYS EFFECT CASTER.. GET THE CAR ALIGNED. MAKE SURE ON YOUR ALIGNMENT PRINTOUT THE CASTER IS MORE ON THE DRIVER SIDE IS MORE THAN ON THE RIGHT AND THAT GOES FOR ALL FRONT WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES. TYPICALLY YOU WANT NO MORE THAN A .50 OR 1/2 DEGREE SPREAD IN CASTER AND .75 OR 3/4 DEGREE SPREAD IN CAMBER AND YOU WILL BE FINE.
