Hi nice to meet you all hope someone can help,i have a cedia 1.5 auto and am having problem with driveability.
When accelerating am getting hesitation almost feels like a misfire have changed plugs and checked hoses in engine bay but they all seem to be ok.
Also when aircon cuts in,this causes a slight blip in speed, its a 2001 model, the spark plugs are slighly carbonised. But as said have replaced.
Thanks in advance

I have no idea if this will help you out or not...I have a '94 Saab along with an eclipse. My Saab would hesitate and kind of sputter on acceleration. It acted almost like it was hitting the rev limiter...We checked EVERYTHING....it ended up being the crankshaft positioning sensor. Hope this helps you out...

get the premium plugs.... i have put in autoline from autozone recently with the carbon core and have noticed that it's performance is not all that good at idle... where it sputters...

i had the nkg r's before in there and before they carbonized they were smooth sailing but they were platinum's .... i spent like 8$ for the plugs... if they fail ... i'll get the nkg's again.... the ones that i wanted would have come out like 15 bucks...lemme know if this helps...
