Hi, having a few issues with my 2002 L200 double cab, we seem to be taking air into the fuel system somewhere, causing the engine to "misfire" occasionally, could this be linked with some poor diesel that we picked up (lots of water) which caused the engine light to come on, draining the fuel filter always cured that problem, but this has been going on for 4 months now. dealer put diagnostic reader on but it only showed code 49 (overboost) for which they did an ECU rewrite.
Anyone have any ideas/fixes

Thanks

Pemly

What does the effect of this problem feel like? I have just brought a 2004 Warrior and mine feels like its not quite right aswell. When i accelerate at about 2,000 rpm the engine feels like it kicks, or floods slightly before starting to pull. Let me know as mine is in for service tomorrow.
