Has anyone had a problem with the AEM cold air intake for the 06 /07 eclipse?

Well. Me. CE light won't go off. Triple checked the thing. It also makes this funny whistle sound not normal in a CAI when accelerating.

EDIT: I fixed mine. In my case, a Mitsubishi tech told me to use the solenoid in the old filter housing. Just remove it (it's one screw) and fit it to the solenoid plug in your car, the one the AEM manual says to just hold with the zip tie. Attach it anywhere you can. I used the upper tube mount. The one screwed with the rubber mount to the engine body. Of course, battery must be disconnected first to do this.

EDIT 2: Well. The solenoid didn't fix it. But switching to short arm (hot air intake as AEM calls it) did the trick. Just remove half of it and both CE and TCL off lights will remain off.
