I will give you an update when I have my car tuned. It´s done the 27-28 December so after thet I will let you know.
Those who already have tuned their cars with std exhaust/car and only ECU tuning are very happy for the results. Quicker spool up, response and lower consumption. More torque/HP and more linear power. The std Outlander Turbo runs on Lamda 0,66 which VERY bad, at the end of the RPM it flushes the engine with petrol without reason. It´s just programmed so. This makes the engine poor on acc at higher rpm:s. Optimal lamda is 1,0and race cars and race version of EVO IX runs on approx 0.92-0,93.
After tuning the Outy will have close to 0,9 which makes engine more eager to higher rpm:s, lower consumtion etc. Boost on higher gears comes MUCH faster which is nice when passing cars on the highway.
I saw a test made on Rototest of the Outys and it said that std cars have approx 220 HP. Same with EVO IX, in Sweden the say 285 HP and when controlled in Rototest (most efficient=rolling highway measured without wheels=on the bolts) teh EVO IX gives 300 HP.
So if I can have approx in total approx 70-80 HP extra I reach 300 HP which will give the perfect car. Already today I never go over 12,8 l/100 km with a trailer behind the car fully loaded in cold weather in Lapland driving 100-120 Km/h with the trailer. The reason is a stronger car with the Downpipe I have built with 3 inch to the middle of the car, one racecat, and two full-flow silencer after this.
On the highway in high speed and active driving I never go over 9,3 l/100km. After tuning I know I will go lover if not using the turbo all the time :)
Update after New Year.

My car is new completely updated. I did a complete re-programming of standard software/ECU. I´m changing the "dump" after new years eve. Except from that I have a diferent airintake. 3# straight system directly bolted on turbo with only one racecat in the middle under the car, low resistance silencer. New Intercooler fan, different airfilter.
The car is running approx 1,25-1,3 bar. It goes so smoth if you use throttle cautiosly that I can´t believe it´s the same car, like a Toyota Corolla when driving carefully. Spool up and response is three times better as least.
At a large hill which rises 500 meter and with two driving lanes since it´s 2 km tall on the highway i passed cars in the outer lane by acc in the middle of the hill by nodding, just touching throttle.
Careful driving at highway it runs on 8,1 l/100 km in 110 km/h. That´s including a lot passing car´s in outer lane :) Car with 4 persons and full luggage for one week vacation. Think i´t was lower than this, petrol tank is sensitive when filling up.
In the city and on highway it´s REALLY strong but also soft in how the power gains up. If you go for full acceleration is no more than thrilling. Up to 100 doesn´t take that much time. On 4 gear between 120-170 doesn´t the car accelerate it´s explodes. It takes only a few seconds with an roar!!
Acc is truly great at lower gears but what strucks me is how it´s exploding really on 4th gear.
I´ve been competing with cars and I´m always invited when new M cars from BMW is launched or when S or RS cars of Audi is launched and is also working close to testdrivers of all car manufacturers in Swedish Lapland.
I can tell you, you need a hell of a car to outrun my car today :)
When I gave fyll throttle today at normal winterraod, not ice, at 130 km/h at 4th gear all 4 wheels let lose directly and engine roared to 7 000 rpm in one sec. So strong is it. It´s was nothing I expected but though handled, it happened in a second like RARR and 7 000 rpm. Take in notice that I´m running the best wintertire yoi can have for full winterconditions Nokian Hakkapelitta 5, new ones.
What can I say, REALLY happy. Car run´s as I see it 3 times better and how it moves!! Acc in lower speed under 100km/h is GREAT and over 120 km/h exploding, not accelerating.
The company who did this was www.arctictuning.se in Luleå Sweden, they have also an office in Stockholm.
Will give some more figures later. When car was tuned we had + 5. Now temp is falling to more normal and more "skidding" temp. Time for me to be on icetracks soon :)
What can I say, the car was like Lada Niva before this and now sound like a Porsche, the only similiar sound is an old Twin Turbo Porsche I tested once with more than 650 Hp, that car sounde like mine but moved a faster :), the sound is awsome. The acc great. Softness and response MUCH better.
