QUOTE(TOJ 123 @ Jan 2 2008, 12:58 PM) I hope to download somewhere a movie that shows how the car runs, this has to be done later since now wheels are skidding/spinning wild to 180 km/h, no grip on slippy cold tarmac in Lapland. :) TOJ 123 Hi Tomas! Good that you are satisfied with the car :-). Give me a call or drop me an e-mail and we can make a clip to show differences some day if you wish, Daniel has my number.

Hello!
No, Turbocenter Stockholm cooperates with a company in Luleå (arctic Tuning) which have same possibilities to adjust all parameters so not ecutek but same system.
This means std ECU works but is "overwritten" and fully adjusted.
What I know, this system ris eally an improved version since they developed it further. Especially the smoothness is really nice when driving calmly.
Anyhow, works great. In 10 degrees boost is approx 1,25-1,3, when colder 1,3 and maybe a bit higher.
It´s impossible to compare to std car. It like a diesel vs rocket :)
KristofferB has en EVO IX, they made his car as well. ECU+exhaust, runs low 12 on 402 m, 0-100 approx 4 or lower. You can also ask him what he believes about their system.

Hello!
I´m running approx 1.3 bar.
Some test made on winterroads in LAPLAND with high friction wintertires, pls do NOT compare driving on dry summerroads. This test made with 0,5 cm wet snow, due to salted roads, on the road. Like when driving on thicker water. Due to the fact that we have winter for 4 months from now these are figures I will hand out, movies also made.
All test made with Nokian wintertires 215 mm wide, 17 inches, high rolling resistance compared to summertires, full with lamels and 140 spikes. -2 degress and 0,5 wet snow on the road.
To compare…pls use similar tires and remember, this was with wet snow on the road, like when you drive through water. High resistance in other words. Will do new tests after winter.
Quite calm shifting between gears also. Much can be saved.
With a dry road, summertires and quicker shifting much time can be lowered. :blush-anim-cl:
60-180 4 th gear 14,09 sec
60-140 3rd gear7,19 sec
80-120 3,28 sec 3 rd gear
20-100 4,97, bad grip. Approx 5 sec. 0,5 wet snow on road due to salted roads. Lost traction on 1th gear, skidd/slip in this timing :)
20-177 km/h approx 17,56 sec bad grip gear 1 and of course 2nd etc, bit wet snow on road.
100-150 6,4 s full throttle over gears
40-150 11,09 s full throttle over gears.
40-130 7,38 s
But remember that I eill do new tests and that this is winterconditions.

These figures are "over the gears"= shifting gears and best possible of course. As an example the acc from 40 km/h is when starting on second gear etc.
Though with wintertires, 140 spikes, full of lamells, 215 mm wide and bit wet snow on the road, I compared to one movie I made before with skidding on 1-3 gear, but saw that 4 gear goes much faster on that movie.
These figures are a bit higher (not as quick as last time) due to 0,5 cm wet snow on the road. It at least show something about how quick it has become.
I have uploaded a video with acc on 4th gear on youtube as well, 40-180 km/h.
We have two Outlander Turbos, one is mine with the tuned car and one standard, big difference in performance.
