Hi all,
just wondering if anyone could shed any light on this? I replaced the battery today as it had been giving grief for a few weeks, (running flat with radio on , even for only a few mins.) The battery light on dash then lit up, the central locking died, no radio power, no heater motor, no cabin lights or fog lamp. Have checked all the fuses and can't find any faults. Had considered the alternator, but have driven the car tonight with full lamps on for about 40 miles and battery still seems ok. It's still starting ok but I think it may be a relay or something? I'm having trouble getting any info on this car as it seems the 1.3l Carisma was a limited run while they were waiting to launch the newer Lancer range. Can't seem to find a workshop or user manual anywhere. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
