Yeah, bypassing in a way that it stays on at regular beam. I have my lights set so that whenever i turn on the ignition, my lights turn on automatically. Quite an easy fix.

I just turn the knob to the on position at night for my rear lights and my interior lights.

what is the fix for this? did you have to do some re-wiring or something? tell me the price of the HIDs + shipping to Jacksonville, FL.

Soopermark, why did you send him a PM instead of advertising how you disabled them. Its a forum for others to read and get advise. Remember that this isnt a store. Everyone should buy HIDS from someone reputable, they will eventually be out with a practical way to disable DRLS.

To clarify things with you guys:

1. Toph: to make accusations like that without sufficient proof will simply result in embarrassment. To back my so called "made up" profile up I do hope SEXY_GTS08 does send pics of his HIDs installed. If i were to make somethin up, id make it more believable. Accusing me of such only insults my intelligence.

I told him about this forum and to post something in response to the quality of my product.

2. Eagles: I pmed for shipping and combined shipping cost. The exact details as to how my DRL's are taken care of are in another thread. I did not do it myself and the best I could do is take a picture. Please read my other thread regarding this issue.

3. This thread is simply for mod pics. Since some people like "topher" are interested enough to ask me about my HIDs.. i sure don't mind giving him the price + shipping details JUST not in public. Why? because you're right this is not a store.

If you guys have anymore questions feel free to ask :P

I am going to try not to take any offence from you guys, after all, I did answer all your questions topher didnt i?

I would rather go another size bigger.. i think the chrome lip is over-rated! makes the rim look smaller on your car.. but still tight ****!!

I agree, but they are sweet. I think all black rims look alot better than a chrome lip. They are kinda hard to find. Most black rims have that damn chrome lip.

Make sure you use high heat primer, high heat paint and high heat clear coat. I used paint that I got at auto zone. Spent like 12$ total. Make sure you degrease and clean the cover really well and use light coats. I taped over the emblem and took a razor to cut around the edges. be very patient with drying. I did like 10 light coats of each paint. post pics when done

Can i see pics of yours? I bought a can of red duplicolor paint for engines. Theyre supposed to be good up to 600 degrees celcius. Do i still need the high heat primer, and high heat clear coat?

I would do it just to be safe. Then again, if you mess up, you could repaint it. I will post pics tom.
