His is stock 6-speed and mines not stock 5-speed :) i am wondering who would win if they were both stock? oh and he sucks at shifting.. lol

btw mine would own his..

i found some specs

'95 Eclipse GST:
Engine- 2.0L 210 hp I4
Horse Power- 210 @ 6000 RPM
Torque(lb-ft)- 214 @ 3000 RPM
Curb Weight- Manual (lb.)- 2877
0-60- ???
1/4 Mile- ???

'02 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec-v:
Engine- 2.5L 175 hp I4
Horse Power- 175 @ 6000 RPM
Torque(lb-ft)- 180 @ 4000 RPM
Curb Weight- Manual (lb.)- 2743
0-60- 7.60
1/4 Mile- 15.93 @ 89.30mph

I know for a fact that SE-R Spec-v can run 7.1 0-60 but that is what i know from experience.

I voted yes because I kept up with my friends in my Celica. Now that I have a GS-T I can smoke my Celica (friend was driving it). You shouldnt have a problem.

Ummmm.... I have beaten a few Sentra Spec-Vs in both my 1g GS and my 3g RS, I seriously doubt that you could possibly lose this race.

Just beat one last night. It has intake, header, and exhaust and I am stock. He took off early on the line and I caught up and passed him.

Is this even a race? Once the waste gate shuts you should walk. Plus the extra gear shift do to smaller powerband taking more time.

haha i guess it doesn't even matter anymore because he wrecked his car.. lol i was in it with him. i almost **** myself. he took a corner doing 85, lost control, slammed his brakes like a fool, hit a curb going about 75-80, broke his front left rim clean in half( day after he spent 400 on toyo proxies on his front tires),, flew 5 feet, missed a light poll by 3 feet on the passanger side<-- dead me,, kept going 20 feet down an embankment, stopped 3 feet short of a 5 foot wide tree o.O, stopped on our side.. i kind of felt bad because he started crying ( 2nd wreck, 9th ticket... i dont even know how he had his licence still...) totalled his car.. $8,000 minimum damage est...

this was all because me and my other friend just got done drifting the corner in his car going the same speed.. he wanted to show off and try to be like us.. but what he didn't know was how to control a slide in a fwd car.. swear to geebus i told him like 10 secs before it happened that he shouldn't do it... i said " dont do it larry,, dont do it!.." and what does he do... haha and the cops made him do a breathalizer. roflol

he still doesn't think his license is getting pulled

Well usually you don't get out of a major wreck like that and feel great. I'd be crying if that **** happened to me.
