This is my first time posting here, and I want to thank everyone for all the other posts I have looked through...this will solve so many problems I thought I was having but that the tech didn't believe I had.

I have had my Outlander XLS for about 6 months now (love my car) and the fan for the air on the passenger's side of the car started rattling. I took it in, but the fan noise is intermittent so I don't think they actually heard what I was talking about and told me that was normal. This rattling sound can get very loud and very annoying, I don't think it's normal. Anyone else had this problem?
