 Emissions Failed Obd Help, 1998 GST

The eclipse failed emissions and the OBD failed and the check engine light is not on. What should i do to pass the test.

get your cel checked anyway

maybe your check engine light burned out

I passed emissions yesterday the kid who did the test the first time didnt know what he was doing he tryed plugging it in but they have to use the probe thing on the car i hav and i passed with emissions like a new car and CO2 was a lil higher than new i guess thats ok. Thanks
