Alright guys and gals when I start my car in the morning or anytime its cold, it makes a really loud screaching sound but when I put the clutch in it goes away and after the car is warm it goes away. Any ideas guys? Im sure its not a good sign and I want to fix it right away.

Most cars when getting old..they start making weird noises. sounds to me like is one of your belts.

It is a belt.

It could need replacing or to be tensioned again.

I'll check the belts but why would it stop when i put the clutch in?
