No it is not a wanna be lancer, Someone will have to double check but it is a different chassis and everything.

It'll also beat semi-riced 90's civics lol.

My friend has a 95 civic (with VTEC oooo) and I had to drive it today. The Lancer ES has more pick up than it. Then again, the Civic is loaded with stereo crap and basically scrapes ground.

But the car doesn't completely suck. You have a decent DD that's good with gas. Don't go thinking that just because it's the OZ edition that it's gonna keep up with an Evo or anything like that, because it's not.

No EMC, it isn't a wannabe Lancer, it IS a Lancer. lol.
