Hi Guys,

I live in Melbourne, Australia and have noted that the USA Model 2008 Lancers have a chrome upper grill as standard.

Unfortunately this chrome grill is not available in Australia, even as an accessory.

I was hoping to meet a fellow lancer driver from the USA, that would be willing to help me aquire this factory chrome upper grill and then asisit in packinging it throughly for it journey to Australia.

Obviously I would cover all your out of pocket expenses, grill purchase cost and freight costs to Australia.

If you can be of assitance, or provide an email contact to a USA Mitsubishi Dealer, it would be greatly appreciated.

what kind of grill is standard on your model?

i'll try to help u out if u want...trying to help out a fellow mitsu driver.. plus mayb when i come to australia u might hook me up HAHAHAHA just ask and i'll call up mitsu and pick up the grill b/c i need to go to the dealership to get a rattle fixed anyways..

Thanks "krnkimchi70" your help would be greatly appreciated, I send you a private message, so we can discuss the matter.

In Australia, the Lancer Upper Grill, is plain matt black, with the Mitsubishi emblem only in chrome ... it looks a little cheap and nasty.

In the Australian Lancer Accessories list, there are colour coded Upper Grills that have recessed mesh (see below link)
