Never owned or serviced a diesel before wat should i be doing each service. Have a 96 express with 4d55. Any tips more than welcome!

c'mon surely some one knows what goes on in a diesel service

i have a 1994 L200 non turbo m/t.
here's our list of maintainance with our pick up

every 5000k, change oil, oil filter, clean air filter
every 15000k, change oil with flushing oil, oil filter, change heater plug, clean air filter.
every 60000k, change timing belt
never had a problem with tranny oil but can change it every 60000k.

are there any tricks to changing tranny oil, any filters etc? wat weight etc i should be using. have 5 speed manual

Also how do i change glow plug?
