can anyone confirm this price of the chrome grill on our 08 mitsu lancer?? they are asking 240 for the freaking plastic chrome piece...

You want the chrome grill? What happened to your current one?

I'm actually trying to get a black one off a DE (Personally I think it looks far better than the chrome one with the ES/GTS and it'll look perfectly with the flatblack vinyl i'll be putting on my front end)

I saw someone who put the Evo grill on the GTS, looked sick. My grill is fine, but I've thought looking into the chrome look

I would prefer the a black one too. I don't think the chrome really "goes" with anything at the front of the vehicle. I mean, that's the only chrome piece there, I think it's a little bit "off balance".

Any picture of the Evo grill on the Lancer? I wonder how the fitting would be. Would it even fit at all? Kinda doesn't seem like it.

Yeah I agree that chrome piece looks plain tacky. Just doesnt fit. Personally I think they shouldve left it like on the DE, a flat black piece. I'm going to try and get a quote from Southside to see if they can sell me one.

That's a bit different too. At least that way it has the full out chrome all round and on the inside. So it's more "proper". I still wouldn't do it to my white lancer. But it looks not so bad on the black.

I have seen chrome grills new on ebay for $110.00. I am not a fan though.

i think on the GTS they tried to go for a classier look but they spent $1 on the front bumper instead of $200! but i dont mind it on my black gts, looks clean...

chrome grill looks very nice on black gts. it would look a lot nicer with chrome rims with black spokes. get a nice theme going.
