I have the Factory Workshop Manuals for the 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer.

Volume 3 has full Audio Wiring Diagrams, Systems Operations, Fault Finding and Specific Testing Procedures.

Each speaker has it's own diagnostic test which can be run from the Head Unit Display.

If you own a 2008 Lancer, I'm happy to email the PDF File (20.6 Mb) which will cover all Chasiss Electrical.

IM running the baddest subwoofer ever to be in a 2008 Lancer ES..one 12" 80 LBS magnet runnning - 4000 watt Peak 2000watt RMS..its called the Rockford Fosgate TRF2212 they only made 100 of these subs...im also running a 3000 watt Clarion mono amp @ 1500W RMS w/ stock HU - 0 guage wiring kit.....

Ornament remover. Does any one have any idea where can we get this tool. Is there any other alternative for this tool.

I just bought a 2008 Lancer ES and I need to get an igintion interlock installed and the smart key is really giving us a headache :( In the wiring diagrams you have does it have anything with the starter system? This has to be one of the most confusing diagrams ever. I have my dash all out and the cd changer from a GTS out and I can see all the wires. The speaker wires go down into the amp under the drivers seat, but change color after that from what I can tell, and all the speakers have the same color in the doors and the tweeters. + Light Green and Gray stripe. - Yellow and Gray stripe. I'm going to keep the head unit and install an aftermarket amp and sub using re-Q from http://www.reqsound.com/ The problem is I don't know what wires from directly behind the head unit are for the front speakers (left and right), and for the sub before it runs into the amp under the drivers seat. If someone has this worked out allready please let me know.
