I have a 89 Dodge Colt. Its got the 1.5L engine in it. Lately by alternator belt keep comeing loose by itself. I have tightened the tention bolt 3 times so far. Slipping stops, But the belt become loose againe by night.

I was wondering if anyone might know why this is happening?

If the bolt is working loose, try removing it, cleaning the threads and reinstalling it after putting a couple of drops of BLUE loctite on those threads.

maybe the belt is knakkerd? just a suggestion though.
