It sucks because I only really get to work on it an hour a night at a time...

Tonight I get to go to the coin op car wash and flush out my oil housing, and I might even wash the Scion. I plan on swapping that out and the oil pan. If I get the front motor bracket I'll be doing that as well. And Soldiering the resistors into the injector packs.

I also have to fix my AFC, when I bought it the plug was cut off so I get to soldier a new plug on as well, I will also be splicing that into the ECU and mounting the AFC to the console. I have to buy vacuum hose and put the turbos in cut a hole for the intercooler pipe and get some bolts.

And in other car news I found a bumper for the Scion... **** Coyote.

I changed the MAF adapter to the K&N one.... yeah thats it. Mitsubishi is sending me stuff and unless the bar happens tonight... it will, or I don't get the parts, I might not. the front turbo will be on before the fireworks tomorrow. ALong with the oil pan and TT oil housing.

IN other news I still need to buy tires for the Scion... I tripped and fell doing sprints last night (stupid dark, stupid hole in the driveway, stupid me being clumsy)

I have a picture of a fedex box with some bolts...

Plus I'm waiting on the hard intercooler pipe for the rear turbo... pretty sure I got burned on that.

Any way he refunded my money, and I ended up getting the pipe from fastfalcon or something, He's got a green 94 with 99coversion and a blue STi

Any way the car is basically done.

Need to do:

Vacuum lines
Hook up exhaust
hook up fuel line from pump to lines.
put axle in
hook the driver side suspension back together
put the driver front brakes back on
add fluids
put start back on
turn key.

Of course after I put the battery and bat tray back in.

Then I get to look for leaks I'll put the head lights back on and the bumper and i get to play with the SAFC

Well I finally went to start the car up last night and my laptop died (not battery just decided to take a dump on me). So I didn't have a logger.

But I started it. Immediately there is a squealing noise So I shut it off. I notice a slight oil leak at the rear oil feed. No biggie. SO I check my belts the Alternator belt is looser than a French prostitute I tighten it up, and decide to give it another go.

Starts up squeal is still there. Let it idle squeal is still there. Looking at the Wideband I'm at a 14.6 A/F (I didn't even look at the RPMS) check engine light comes on. I turn the car off.

A little smoke from the front turbo... I pull the MBC off and just run the two wastegates into the Ypipe nipple. Start it again its squealing I shut it off.

Keep in mind my boost gauge is reading "0" at idle not vacuum like it should ( pulled the line and pressurized it, and its not leaking)

I pull the front intake pipe off the compressor wheel spins freely and no shaft play.

I Have my desktop computer that I'm gonna hook to my car tonight and get that code. Does anyone have any other ideas on what I should check?

I followed Bob the Greats guide to a T. My only exception was I am still using the NA ECU. (Mostly because its only four years old.)

It is a NA engine with stock turbo parts put on it. The only after market parts are HKS SSQV BOV, and K&N FIPK.

I have both wastegates "T"ed and going to the Ypipe. and the BOV and Boost gauge coming off the Plenum.

I'm pretty much lost on what to look for.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hmmm. I know a guy over here running his TT conversion was running a N/A ecu and he had nothing but problems. I doubt that's your squeal E, but something to keep in mind.

My log results.

I am idling at 2100 RPMs... which is about 3 times what it should be.

Also My throttle position is at 12.5% across the board. I'm not touching the throttle at all. Makes no sense to me.

I forgot to look at my wideband. But the other night with nothing changed at all it was 14.6 - 14.8

my 02 sensor peaks at .72 on start up and once I fall from the 2700 RPM start up to the 2100 RPM idle It settles to .37 and moves its way down to .17 where it falls a .01 every three to four seconds

timing advance is 27 degrees

Through out the whole thing I get one instance of 1 count a 2 count and then another 1 count and then nothing for the rest of the log. This goes on for 5 seconds.

I only ran the car for 14 seconds as the oil leak really hinders this.

You need a new throttle cable. A lot of times when cars sit for a while the throttle cable will fray and get caught in the sleeve. This happened to me and i would idle anywhere from 700 to 3000 once i touched the gas. The part is cheap but install is a b1tch

It is new. The old one got caught in the drill when I was running the lines for the EGT gauge.

Hmmm. I guess make sure the throttle cable is the right length??? Turn the car on and check the throttle cable position. Pull the pully which the throttle cable connects to most closed position you should get. See if it idles correctly from there. If not.... man idk.

Pretty sure its an intake manifold gasket issue.

I ordered all new gaskets should be here this week.

I start the car it dies I start it again give it a little gas, and the revs Jump up the throttle is very finicky. But once it starts to idle the noise goes away. and its a little lumpy, almost like a cammed car would be. Pretty sure I just have to fine tune it a little with the SAFC and get the gaskets in.

I'm an idiot... I'm at work today and just realized I hooked up my BOV backwards... I have it before the turbos... I've never in my life felt so stupid.
