 2006 L200 Problems, tappet nuts lost in engine

Hi guys can anyone tell me if they have any problems i'm having.
I bought a new l200 elegance in 2006 took out a mitsubishi 3 yr warranty now find that at 36k tha dealership have found or not as the case may be two of the nuts that hold th tappets down.
Warranty at mm say that its a dealer problem but they say they have looked on the web and some sites are posting the same problems. Can anyone shed light on this as im into the threats of sale of goods act and fit for use at the moment.

There's one or two members on the L200 Owners Club that have had this problem.
All seemed to be sorted with a new nut worth about 50 pence!

How did you get on with yours? :57:
