Drives: 1991 Plymouth Colt Vista 4WD (G63B 5 Speed)

HI, I recently inherited a 1991 Colt Vista (Same as Chariot/Space Wagon) and I'm getting a check engine light for the EGR system, I took it to the dealer and they told me the EGR system needs to be cleaned, which they said would be $800!!!
I said no and drove away.

I have done alot of motor work on honda's and others cars and and just recently learning the fun of mitsubishi motors!

So if someone could give me some insight on how to clean the egr system or a Step By Step, I would be very thankful!
