anybody know what red plastic deal on + battery cable is? the guy at autozone tryed to tell me it was just a cover for the terminals, but it looks an inline fuse or something

one of my siters has it on her sebring and its just a cover for the fuse and terminal together.

yea, i know the actual red crap is just a cover, but the fuse it covers was my concern. oh well, its no longer a problem. thanks though
