Hi
I have just bought an FTO Mivec. This is my second FTO which I am planning to modify. :blush-anim-cl: Have already ordered HKS SF5 Lowering springs and now looking for nice wheels. I want deep dish look and have found some 18 inches wheels. Not sure if they will fit my car. They are 18 X 9.5 JJ with 114.3 Diameter fitted with 235/40/18 tyres. On the previous one I have tried 17X8J and they were way inside the wheel arches. Just not sure if these wheels will stay inside the front wheel arches or come out as it will not be road legal if they will be to big to be covered by the front arches. The current ET is 43 so I will need to put 5 MM spaces to reduce it to 38. Any one tried anything like this? any ideas / suggestion guys? :grouphug:

i have an fto lowered onto 235/40/17's and had to take out the arch dust guards. i have it lowered 40mm. i should think your 18's will rub on the metal work on full lock if your lowering onto wider 18's.
