I see a few problems with that:

A. Lose all your trunk
B. The amount of airspace looks huge, which isn't always good
C. Firing subs up usually makes them "quieter"
D. Sinking the amp in can cause it to overheat

and finally

E. I would never trust a company who models with the alpine type r. I HATE THAT SUB.

lol well im def not putting alpine's in my car, im putting my two kenwoods and my two jbls in there and im building an amp rack to put on the side, besides i dont even have a trunk now with the sub box thats in it thats what i got a back seat for

NO DO NOT MIX SUBS. if thats what you're saying you're going to do. it doesn't work that way. DO NOT MIX SUBS.
as for the box, prefab almost always take away from the performance of the sub, boxes built to spec give the sub the ability to operate at it's full potential.
