Hi,
My import 98 Chariot is fitted with a 10 Stacker CD unit. It works perfectly fine other than I am unable to skip tracks or discs. I've tried every button on the factory head unit (flip front facia with tape player) when the disc is playing but to no avail. Can anyone help - please!!??

Hi,
I have the same problem - it's actually the problem with the MMCS. (the issue is 'pinned' in this forum)
You can have full control on the CD playback only with the MMCS activated.

I got to enjoy the full MMCS system for the first few months only - after which it's gone when i replaced the battery, becoz i don't have the system disc in the MMCS unit. (when replacing the car battery, power was disconnected, but once reconnected the MMCS sought to reboot from the system disc, which was missing)

When the MMCS is not 'ON', you can only play the CD sequentially i.e. just the plain playback, no other control.

Hence what you (and me, too) need is the system disc to reboot the MMCS.

Hope this help. Cheers.

- Chung
