I have the lip spoiler on my car right now. I want to replace it with the wing. I checked the installation instructions for the lip at the dealership and there should be 3 holes drilled in the trunk where the lip is. What are my options for getting the drill holes fixed and how much do you think it will cost?

well you proberly should have told them this when you bought the car that you wanted a wing. i wouldnt suggest doing it yourself, just bring it back and say you want a wing put on im sure they can fix it.
it be quite expensive though.

if the holes don't match then the holes will need to be filled in, new holes drilled and potentially the whole trunk or a major portion of it repainted...
it'll cost ya!

Hello, new guy here.

I had a question about this as well. Though instead of taking my lip spoiler off, I was wondering if I could just throw a Wing on there too.

I've seen some aftermarket lip spoilers, and having both looks kind of cool. Know of anyone who's tried it?

They had a couple over at roadrace. Of course I think it would look better since mine is color matched.

swap the trunk lid with someone who is willing to do so, i thought i saw someone was asking to swap his spoiler trunk with trunk with no spoiler

or

ask dealer to do the swap on the lot, same car color.

It definitely looks better color matched. I'm probably gonna get this done if I can find a good price on the spoiler. The pic is an Evo X, apparently it is part of one of the aero kit options for it.
