Sorry my neighbor intercepted my attempt to not talk to her.

Pop them up

There is a metal ring that surrounds the bulb. Two screws at the top. You have to get to those.

There are two plastics that surround the bulb. I know there are five screws that hold the first one up Just unscrew.

Be sure NOT to unscrew the the adjuster screw. (The one with the spring)

So take off plastics (2)

Two screws up top of metal ring.

Bend down enough to get bulb out

reverse steps.

I did mine just a few weeks back. Just as EMC described. Can I give you a heads up or word of warning. Make sure you do NOT remove the springs at the back of the H4's COMPLETELY. Of course you have to remove the spring from the actual H4 unit, but leave it attatched to the car so that when you put the light back in, you just hook the spring up to the light. Overall, not a hard job.

Try this link. There's a section that deals with lighting.

Post a link that directly links to a guide on how to do this or don't post a link.

Once the plastics are down its only one or two screws holding the metal frame around the bulb in.
