Nah, why would you think you need new rims.... First things first, you can have the rim repaired.... It's a common practice to take your car to a rim shop and get the rim fixed.
Usually around 70 dollars to repair the rim, I use Poor Fredie's around here, but you should be able to find a shop in your area. After getting the rim fix should drive prefect. and as far as a tire not holding the air... it might have a slow leak, get that checked out at the shop too.
You don't need to buy a brand new rim. that is not necessary. Anyway good luck with everything hope this helps.
I had both front rims dented and got them fixed at poor fredie's and car drives nice and smooth no wobble in the steering wheel anymore... so check into getting the rim fixed first. (keep in mind they heat the rim up and bang it to fix it so there is a chance that it might crack and then you will have to buy a new rim, but that's rare.)
