**Sorry about the title, I meant to say "Changed front brakes, now brake light is on" **

Hello. I am new here, but not to cars. I was changing the front disc brakes on my wifes 06' Lancer ES today, everything went great, bled them then got back in the car to test em. They work fine, they stop :) only thing though is that the brake light stays on. Is there a switch or something I need to reset when I do the brakes? Like I said, everything works great, no sqweaks or any noises, just the brake light stays on. Any help would be VERY MUCH appreciated!
Thanks!

Did you figure out what was wrong?
I have the same problem, brake light on dash stays on.
Fluid is good, brakes work fine, parking brake off. I was thinking the switch for the parking brake is stuck?

Look in your master cylinder Reservoir there is a float in it that is malfunctioned check the electrical connector also.

BRAKE FLUID LEVEL SENSOR CHECK
The brake fluid level’ sensor is in good condition if there is
no continuity when the float surface is above “MN” or “A”
and if there is continuity when the float surface is below “MIN
or “A”.
