But wouldn't that mean that there is a new version of the Navi software out then?
I was told that new versions wouldn't be out for another 5-6 months.......

Hopefully they put in maps newer than 2006, but probably not.

I asked that question and got an answer (shout outs to Biscuit)

He told me to...

Hold down the "Set" and "Navi" buttons for a few seconds and a screen will appear that lets you check the version.

Tried it and it works (VERIFIED), mine is the BLD-NR 261UM 1.09.

This might just be me being stupid, but i thought in the instructions on that site, it says you have to manually take out the HDD???

i am confused.
How do you get the file to burn?
is it as simple as burning a file onto a disk and putting it into the dvd drive and bam?

I just recently purchased my 2009 lancer gts and the application version on my nav system is BLD-NR-261UM 1.09 00.30.99

I guess i'm gonna have to be waiting for an even newer patch from the 30.94?

Thanks in advance

My Octane Blue GTS is 1 month old with 2800 miles on it already. I love my ride. I also have version 30.99. It would be great if someone would uplink a patch when it becomes available. Also, does anybody run synthetic oil? What are your oil change intervals and what kind of oil do you use?

You just burn the files. They took out the HDD so they could access the files to adjust them. Its simple.

Can anyone just post up all of the different versions that are out right now and label them? The actual download so that we all can just download them straight to a CD

I apologise if I've missed out a reply about this but I've looked.

I'm in Australia and I have an MMCS system in my Lancer. I don't see a model number anywhere except the number A-01 in the bottom corner of the front panel. I've also been told that its branded as a Kenwood. There is NO HDD and it only has 2 slots: 1 for the music DVD and another for the Navi DVD.
I have absolutely no idea what model it is. Anyone can point me in some direction?

a) I'd like to be able to watch DVDs while moving and (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) I'd like to know if there's any instruction about how to use this system with a 3rd party reverse parking camera.

Thanks for any help forthcoming... .
