Its good to be original but when your original thinking gets toasted by the maid brigade in their PT cruiser with four ladies and full cleaning supplies hows that make you feel?

Lmao thats funny. You can still be original with F/I. Example, I don't like the evo III 16g because i feel like every1 with a dsm wants to put that turbo in their car. So go with a turbo that not a whole lotta ppl use. Be original with a TD04 :D

my secret plans including a 2.3 litre stoker kit, port and polished buschuuracing stage 1 head, and a high compression piston in that mix.

think it can reach a little over 210hp at the crank without boost?

I'm going to do it because in the end you can pull more power and torque out of an I4 with turbo.

Stroker kit is good, high compression pistons are good, throw in headers, exhaust... etc. If your goal is 210, you may need a little more than a stage 1 head.

for a basic build i think im going nuts, because i nevr ripped a motor apart, so this is a learning experience for me.

i did some research on the buschurracing stage one head, and it fits my project for having a easy build, but stage 2 heads im assuming are handling a bit more power and are a bit better obviously.

but i was wondering, i looked and saw that stage one head that comes with the valves, springs and retainers already in the head. just needs the lifters, rockers, cams and gears. correct me if i missed something lol, but i saw 1mm oversized valves, .20 oversize bored pistons.

if i go 'bigger" is that extra 1mm or .20over bore gona produce decent gains of my goal around 200-210hp?
